A New Irishwoman

Well, its been almost 2 months since Isabelle was born. She came 3 weeks and 2 days early with labor lasting an incredibly fast 4 hours. A born racer! Momma and baby are both happy and healthy and neither had any major complications other than some bad gas (and I'm refraining from saying which two of the three of us suffered from the condition!). She was born 6 lbs. 10 oz. but is up to around 10 lbs now.
She has been such a blessing to us already. It has definitely been the life changing experience everyone told me it would be and I'm shocked at how full life seems now. A lot of things have had to play second fiddle to being a daddy, but it has been completely worth it.

Overdue update

It has been a horribly long time since I've posted (other than my test post just prior to this one), so here's the update.

The big news in my life is that my wife is almost 7 months pregnant. I am incredibly excited. It has already been a life changer and I haven't even met the little one yet.

We bought a house on the north west end. Home ownership has been pretty swell so far, but nothing has blown up yet.

I am still a web programmer, but I work for a different company. I would prefer not to name the company because I'm not sure that they want to be associated with the horrible quality of my writing :-).

LuckyPrompt has moved

My blog has moved to this location for a couple of good reasons. First, its free. Second, I don't spend enough time tinkering with the old site and it is falling apart.
